Job Title: Supply Chain Intern

Location: Room906-908, 9F, Tower II, Century Link, 1196 Century Avenue, Shanghai

Salary: ￥180-￥220 per day

On Duty Day:  At least 3 days per week

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Paperwork handling. Contracts and supply chain related documents filing, translating. Such as NDA, MSA, Supply agreement, Shipping invoice/packing list/Customs declaration /PO/SO.

2. Internal process handling. Such as Quotations requesting and benchmarking to service providers. Financial billings checking and applying. Internal approval process following up.

3. ERP and OA systems operation. keep records and analysis of relevant data.

4. Other jobs assigned by high level.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. Major in Supply Chain, Logistics, English, Finance or International trade is preferred.

Experience:      Not required

Languages:       English, CET 6 is preferred.

Competency:  Good at Microsoft office. Good at reading and writing in English. Eager to learn. Hard work.
