报告摘要：

Kicking off with a discussion of core challenges companies are facing, this presentation first looks into how leaders can make impactful changes that have the potential to transform the rules of the games in a sector or industry. Secondly, it puts forward suggestions how Business Schools can contribute to educate such leaders. Thirdly, the presentation will critically challenge the educational practices of some business schools and show that these practices will not contribute to educate exceptional leaders, but rather create ‘clones’ of leaders who have been successful in the past.

报告人简介：

Dr Stefan Krummaker is a Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) for Leadership, the Director of Postgraduate Programmes and a member of the senior management team at the School of Business and Management, Queen Mary University of London. He also holds visiting and research fellow positions at several other European Universities and is an executive trainer, coach and consultant. Earlier roles included lecturer positions in Germany as well as professional and managerial positions outside academia. Stefan is a leadership enthusiast. He is teaching leadership in various academic settings and in companies.
