主讲嘉宾简介:
Ting-Ting Y. Lin is a professional coach and consultant. Ten years living in Greater China as an executive at Philips Electronics, a Fortune 100 multinational, honed her skills at developing both individuals and organizations in the corporate competitive environment. Previous to her corporate experience, her first 10 years as a tenured Professor at the University of California, San Diego, prepared her with experience managing government and industry-sponsored research and development projects.
Ting-ting has developed and run training programs in the areas of Leadership, Communication, Assertiveness, Influencing Skills, Cross-Cultural Teams, Strategy, Innovation, and Sales Force Optimization. She has worked with organisations including: American Express, ARM, BMW, British Petroleum, Commomwealth Bank of Australia, DeLageLanden, MaxusGlobal (a Group M company), GSK pharmaceutical, Pentair, Roche, Rolls-Royce, SABIC, Unilever, Voith, covering industries from finance, consultancy, Media, Pharmaceutical, Technology, Materials & Manufacturing among others.
Ting-ting is also a certified MBTI, Firo-B, Emergenetics, Chally , Gazing Performance Systems, and C-PAS (Personality Aptitude System) trainer, and certified in ‘coaching for excellence’ by New Venture’s West and as a HeartMath coach/mentor.
讲座内容简介:
As organizations grow, there is inevitable hierarchy and layers from top to bottom. In this talk, we will
- get clarity in what each organization's mission is,
- examine how is this manifested in each layer of the hierarchy,
- in an ideal situation, what are the roles and key responsibilities of the management in each layer, in particular the middle and top management,
- identify where you are in this hierarchy and learn what things you need to stop, start, and continue doing in order to move up the corporate ladder.
In this talk, we will also address western and eastern differences in understanding the above aspects.
